*Shin guards, boxing gloves, and headgear are required. Mouthpiece and groin protection are recommended.

| Basic self defense techniques to include fighting stance, movement, combatives (punches, knees, kicks, elbows), defenses against chokes, punches, and headlocks. |

| More advanced combatives including punch and kick combinations, advanced headlock defenses, kick defenses, punch defenses with counters, beginning ground work. (Must have passed Level 1 test) |
|
| Advanced kicks, more advanced defenses against strikes, more ground work, and defenses against knives, guns, and sticks (Must have passed Level 2 test) |
KM-x
| Motivating kids through exercise, personal safety and discipline to help build confidence and self esteem. |
Drills & Scenarios
| We will practice real life scenarios at full speed on a padded attacker. (Beginners welcome!) |
Fitness & Combatives
| High energy, high intensity cardio, strength, and agility drills to improve overall fitness and health while incorporating Krav Maga strikes. A great complement to our Krav Maga classes. (Beginners welcome!) |
Muay
Thai
| Focuses on the timing of combinations of punches, kicks, knees and elbows. |
Boxing
| Boxing technique class taught by Kevin Bozada including movement, footwork, punches, bobbing and weaving, and combinations. Class includes heavy focus mitt work and heavy bag work.
(Boxing gloves required - Beginners welcome!) |
Grappling
| Ground fighting - Ground control, ground positions, rolls, chokes, throws, arm locks, submissions. (Beginners welcome!) |
Sparring
| Take the skills you've learned in Krav Maga and apply them in a controlled street fighting environment. Skills and drills are emphasized, but classes end with rounds of sparring. (Sparring Gear Required - Beginners welcome!) |
MMA
Techniques
| Mixed Martial Arts techniques class includes work in striking, takedowns, takedown defense, striking on the ground, as well as some groundwork. (Sparring Gear Required - Beginners welcome!) |
Weapons
Techniques
| Weapons - starting at the basics with weapons defense, working up to more advanced techniques against guns, knives, sticks, bats from all angles and scenarios. |
